π Ingredients.
For the Beef Marinade:
- 8 oz (225 g) beef (flank steak or sirloin), thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
For the Lo Mein:
- 8 oz (225 g) lo mein noodles or egg noodles
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced (red, green, or yellow)
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 1 cup bean sprouts (optional)
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

1️⃣ Marinate the Beef.
In a bowl, combine sliced beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, and vegetable oil. Mix well and let it marinate for 15-20 minutes.
2️⃣ Cook the Noodles.
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
3️⃣ Stir-Fry the Vegetables.
In a large pan or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and sliced onion, stir-frying for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
