- 1 package (about 9 oz) cheese or spinach ravioli
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/4 cup fresh basil or parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste

- Drain and set aside, saving about 1/4 cup of the pasta water.

- If the mixture seems dry, add a splash of the reserved pasta water.
